Place protective tape in the areas where a tool may slip and damage the surface. Tape the defroster vents to prevent glass and debris from falling into them. To remove the interior rearview mirror loosen the Phillips set screw and slide off pad. Place mirror in a damage protected       area. Remove the wiper caps and arms with a 13 mm socket, and store in safe area. Remove the three-piece cowl. Remove four retaining clips along the leading edge of the cowl. Lift the rubber flaps at the hood hinge area of the fascia and remove the 25T Torx screw found underneath. Then remove the center retainer from the cowl fascia. Remove the antenna shaft. Then slide the cowl away from the glass and remove. Store in a protected area. The top molding is grasped and pulled away from the glass edge. It may have to be replaced with the glass. Use preferred cut out procedures to remove the glass. Remove the old urethane from the pinchweld, taking care to eliminate any damage to the pinchweld. Installation Wash the glass with a non-alcohol glass cleaner. Allow to dry thoroughly. Use only lint-free paper towels. Cloth towels    may have a residue that could cause improper bonding. Before you clean and prep the pinch- weld, dry set the glass in the opening for alignment purposes. Mark the glass and body with alignment tape and cut the tape at the edge of the glass or molding. Prepare the pinchweld for installation according to the adhesive manufacturers        instructions. Do not over prime. Make sure that pinchweld primer is thoroughly dried.
