1 STEP #1 Remove The Trim: • Detach the clips (A,B), and release the hooks (C) by carefully inserting a trim tool between the HVAC panel and center console trim (D), and prying gently on both sides. Be very careful you can break the trim if you use too much force. Many stock parts are reused during installation. Do not damage or discard any pieces during disas- sembly or installation. We recommend marking any hose or wire before disconnecting to avoid confusion during reassembly. STEP #2 Move Center Console Back: • Open the console box lid (A) then remove the con- sole mat (B) and the screws (C,D). Move the rear section back about 2” from the front. 2 STEP #3 Remove Dashboard Lower Cover: • Adjust the steering column upward. • Remove the clip (A), and disconnect the in-car tem- perature sensor connector (B) and air hose (C). Gen- tly pull out the bottom of the dashboard lower cover (D) to detach the clips (E,F), and release the pin (G) and hooks (H). • Disconnect the VSA OFF ...
