Automotive Make: Volvo Model: S60 Year: 2002 Kit Type: Rear Technical Information Firstly mark A & D sensor they should be positioned on the bumper 2cm below the unpainted moulding in line with the rear light indicator/reverse light split see pic (left). The distance      between A and D sensor is 134cm meaning the distance between A - B sensor, B - C sensor and C - D sensor is 44.6cm. The height from the sensors to the ground is approx 55 to 57cm. Drill holes in bumper then on B and C sensor holes using a long drill bit drill through the sensor hole you have cut and drill a hole in the back of the bumper to allow the sensor cable to go through towards the back panel. Remove both rear lights feed sensor cables through holes pull sensor cable up and run them along top edge of bumper all heading towards the near side then tuck them in when they all reach the nearside if you look down into the gap between the bumper and the rear panel at the point where you removed the rear light you will see an air vent. Take the sensor cables into the car through this air vent. The control box can be mounted by the fuse box taking its 12V+ reverse signal from the blue wire on the main loom to the back light and the ground can be taken to the earth bolt located between the battery and the rear panel. We mounted our display on the headlining  in the back just behind the interior light . Make all the connections at the control box then test kit.
